La idea de hacer un especial de máscaras fue gracias a una de mis clientes que acudió al estudio para que le realizara un trabajo muy especial: quería un estudio de fotografía de desnudo y deseaba incluir algunas tomas explícitas, pero la señora necesitaba que le ayudáramos con una producción basada en máscaras.
Nos sentamos a conversar y me explicó lo que quería, entonces pregunté: - Si las fotos son para su esposo, ¿Para qué las máscaras? ¿Le da miedo que las fotos sean vistas por alguien diferente a su marido? La señora sonrió y comentó: - No, para nada; lo que pasa es que hace poco descubrí una cosa muy divertida: Mi esposo tiene su fetiche con las máscaras. Fue un descubrimiento accidental que se dio cuando, el año pasado, le celebré sus 40 años; mire que él cumple años en octubre y me puse de acuerdo con sus compañeros de oficina para hacerle una fiesta sorpresa de disfraces. Alquilé un restaurante, el portero tenía orden de no dejar entrar a nadie sin disfraz y, además, le di una bolsa llena de máscaras y antifaces para aquellos cuyo disfraz no ocultara la cara… Mi disfraz consistió en una máscara dorada ¡Divina! Me puse peluca, tacones gigantes y un vestido pegado al cuerpo, también dorado, pero el vestido tenía rellenos que me hacían ver super voluptuosa… Realmente estaba irreconocible, ¡Imagínese! Yo soy “nadadora”, no tengo nada por delante y nada por detrás, entonces me veía muy alta y con “él cuerpazo”. Todo me resultó de maravilla y terminó de la mejor manera… usted entiende ¿Verdad? Pero, desde que éramos novios, yo no había visto a mi marido tan “alborotado” y pensé que lo había estimulado mucho el vestido, pero después comentamos el asunto y quedé de una pieza cuando me dijo que todas las mujeres de la fiesta con máscara era lo que más lo había estimulado. En ese sentido ninguno de los dos es celoso, nos contamos todo lo que tiene que ver con atracción y nos alcahueteamos algunas cosas… creo que mirar sin tocar y comentar con la pareja, es de lo más sano y excitante del mundo Desde ese día se me ocurrió la idea de conseguir máscaras bien bonitas y, cuando tenemos tiempo para una velada especial, yo lo sorprendo disfrazándome y eso ha revitalizado la relación. Por eso es que quiero regalarle unas fotos, algunas como artísticas, otras más fuertesonas, pero que tengan como tema principal las máscaras.
La señora aportó las máscaras y, de acuerdo a sus instrucciones y presupuesto, nosotros conseguimos diferentes “pintas”, entonces realizamos fotos en las que entremezclé el fetichismo, el exhibicionismo y algo de voyerismo, en tomas que fueron desde lo sensual y erótico hasta poses más explícitas.
Este trabajo tuvo como fondo varios ingredientes que me resultaron cautivantes y me dio mucho que pensar; los rostros enmascarados generan inquietud, curiosidad y, la ausencia de identidad, permite que la imaginación vuele más lejos, entonces el o la protagonista de la foto pueden terminar convirtiéndose en el protagonista de una fantasía.
No me gustaba trabajar con máscara porque siempre lo había visto desde la óptica de la identidad oculta, pero esta experiencia me enseñó a comprender que hay personas con algún grado de atracción fetichista por las máscaras que, combinadas con otros accesorios, pueden resultar extremadamente excitantes.
Bajo este panorama se me abren nuevos horizontes porque, comprendiendo perfectamente que existan personas que se mueren de ganas de protagonizar una foto de desnudo o una fotografía erótica y no se atreven por aquello del “que dirán”, mi nueva perspectiva respecto a las máscaras ha abierto las puertas a un sinfín de alternativas, de tal manera que esas personas ya podrán realizar sus fotos sin el temor de romper su anonimato que tampoco se verá afectado por lunares delatores, tatuajes y marcas de nacimiento que pueden ser eliminados mediante retoque digital y maquillaje.
